We were delighted to support International Women in Engineering Day, an internationally recognised event held on the 23rd June every year.
As our owner, Nicola, has a wealth of knowledge in the sector, it was important we raised awareness of the day and ensured people knew the opportunities within the industry.
It’s important to remember that you don’t have to be a female ‘engineer’ to work in the sector, there are opportunities for marketing, sales, business development, HR and accountancy professionals too!
We’re lucky to network with many females within the sector and it’s fantastic to see an increase in the number of women interested in the opportunities available.
